Welcome back to A STORM OF SPOILERS! Sorry for the delay!
This is the Storm of Spoilers episode for Season 6, Episode 4 “The Book of the Stranger.”

Dany has burned another bunch of dudes who underestimated her, so this week the hosts and occupants of the Citadel of Crazytown try to make sense of why season six is echoing season one when it comes to fireproof Targaryen magic. Da7e, Joanna and Neil spend some time debating what’s up with Meereen and weigh how much we should care going forward (although Dany burning people is awesome). Then: STARKS! They’re in the same place and Jon and Sansa’s reunion, coupled with Tormund and Brienne’s wordless relationship means the North might be the best thing going right now. That, plus Da7e’s usual assurances that Littlefinger might know what he’s doing and trying to untangle what’s going to happen in King’s Landing next week.

This week’s closing track:

This week, Katey, Patches, Da7e and David suffer some technical difficulties, so this week’s segment 3 about hte “Game of Thrones” phenomena had to get cut (it was full of static and pauses, you would have hated it). After a now ironic couple of reviews that include audio quality knocks, the team takes on Weiner, the new documentary that closely follows the Anthony Weiner scandal. Then, Patches is on the Dakota Johnson train now that he’s seen How to be Single. Then the show wraps up because of technical difficulties. Drag. We’ll fix it.

SPOILER WARNING – DO NOT START THIS EPISODE UNLESS YOU HAVE SEEN OR ARE OKAY WITH PLOT DETAILS ABOUT CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR
THIS WEEK: Joanna and Da7e are back, and now Joanna has seen the third Captain America movie. Before delving into a lengthy evaluation of the movie and the Sokovia Accords (Jo is #TeamCap, Da7e is #TeamIronMan), the duo stop to appreciate that Kevin Smith directed a kick-ass Zack Stentz-written episode of CW’s The Flash called “The Runaway Dinosaur.” After that, it’s all Civil War discussion, baby, yeah.
