This week, Katey watched some of the BBC's Fleabag and is ready to talk to David and Patches about it! Otherwise, this show is all politics as it relates to pop culture. First, Ava Duvernay's new documentary The 13th is on Netflix and people have opinions! Then, we talk Fleabag until Charlie pulls Katey away before the remaining bros take on the 2016 Election as cinema.

Welcome to another off season tour episode of A STORM OF SPOILERS!
This week, Da7e, Joanna and Neil have all spent 13 hours in Harlem (and Seagate…and Georgia) with Netflix's newest binge-watching super-hard punching reluctant hero Luke Cage (Mike Colter who – SPOILER – everyone likes as the title character). It's also a big step forward for black represtation in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but might have some major story problems as the season goes on. Everyone ready to have media based opinons about a superhero show again? Plus, the gang can't help but speculate about what's to come for Marvel and Netflix when they get to The Defenders and beyond.
THIS WEEK'S TIMECODES:
0:00:00 – Intro, Game of Thrones News
0:14:28 – Luke Cage
01:03:48 – Preview: DC TV

This week's closing track:
This week, Katey ducks out last minute to take care of her child, so Da7e, Patches and David take on Emily Blunt's newest attempt to elevate a movie Girl on a Train, which comes out this weekend. Then, a quick taking of temperature for Netflix's newest Marvel offering (Luke Cage) before the three guys talk about HBO's Westworld – is this our Sci-Fi Game of Thrones?

Welcome to another off season tour episode of A STORM OF SPOILERS!
This week, Joanna and Da7e have to replace Neil who took our Sith Holocron and ran off to Fantastic Fest. Luckily, Fighting in the War Room co-host and Thrillist Senior Entertainment Editor Matt Patches was free to stop by and talk about Star Wars: Rebels Season 3 and how storytelling in the Star Wars Universe has become more complex since 2012 (not that it wasn't complex beofore, as Da7e can ramble about). Also, Rogue One toys come out on September 30th, so a quick refresher of what we've learned from Rogue One toys and Rogue One actors is included.
THIS WEEK'S TIMECODES:
0:00:00 – Intro, Game of Thrones News
0:11:51 – Rebels S3/Rogue One
