That certainly seems interesting, but I thought Blood Bending could only happen during the full moon?<\/p>\n<p>2) There&rsquo;s nothing to disprove this theory, that&rsquo;s for sure. Chi-Blocking exists, but it&rsquo;s not tied to Ty Lee like Metalbending is tied to Toph, so there&rsquo;s the possibility that Amon had his own Chi-Blocking journey to go on before he could lead all of them.
