I don&#8217;t think the show will end with Korra crushing the Equalists because even if she defeats Amon, the world is still not at peace&#8230; she has to deal with those killing-parents benders and lots of angry nonbenders&#8230; I don&#8217;t know, it sounds impossible but I kind of hope that Korra and Amon will end up working together."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, FatK55, I am with you.<\/p>\n<p>I think the longer we find villains that aren&rsquo;t Amon, the more likely that Amon ends up being not as\u00a0villainous\u00a0as we think.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I&rsquo;m starting to think that Yakone is our rouge firebender who has been killing everyone&rsquo;s parents (seriously, what&rsquo;s with fire benders killing parents?) and Aang had to put him down. In that sense, Korra and Amon could end up being on the same side of the issue after Korra remembers whatever she&rsquo;s supposed to from those flashback glimpses.<\/p>\n<p>Either way, yes, up until last week I would have told you that I was 70% sure that Amon would be sympathetic by the end of his arc. Then he blew up the pro-bending arena and I was like: &ldquo;Ugh, well, that&rsquo;s kind of drak, but maybe there&rsquo;s something more here&hellip;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&hellip;<\/p>\n<p>&hellip;<\/p>\n<p>&hellip;and I&rsquo;m waiting for Amon to show up again.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for the theory!
