The Fighting In The War Room podcast family acknowledges that Star Wars Mania is here to stay now that Disney-purchased Lucasfilm plans to spin the saga and anthology movies out into the foreseeable future. It's time to fight in the galactic war room for the foreseeable future! We'll never see STAR PEACE.
In the fourth Star Wars Special, Joanna Robinson, Neil Miller and Da7e start by digging into the various nuggets cast, crew, novelizations and screenplays have bestowed upon how we view The Force Awakens. Then, after a brief discussion on if Star Wars can overtake Avatar at the global box office (and an aside about HBO's Girls for some reason), the team dig deep into what we know about Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and the Han Solo anthology movie. Each host begrugingly picks an actor off the short list to play Han and Da7e tries to convince the other hosts that this may not be horrible. Finally, Da7e vomits up absolutely everything he's heard about Rogue One, just for good measure.
Then, the conversation devolves into everyone asking specific questions about The Force Awakens with each other. You know, the thing you and your friends have been doing since you saw the movie anyway.

This week, Katey, Patches and Da7e have recovered David to give their reactions to the 73rd Annual Golden Globes, the maybe-doesn’t-matter awards presentation put on by the Hollywood Foreign Press. Also, Katey is wondering if maybe the dumping ground of January has shortened itself and all four hosts mourn the passing of David Bowie.
